Asymmetric Equality (2008-2009)
This collection centers on balance through imbalance, drawing attention to the sensory experience of form and the quiet tension held within asymmetry. Rather than seeking harmony through uniformity, it embraces irregularity as a means of equilibrium.
Offset structures, uneven weights, and shifting proportions invite the body to feel balance rather than simply observe it. Each piece exists in a state of subtle tension between stability and movement, intention and intuition where equality emerges not from mirroring, but relational difference.
Asymmetric Equality reflects on how balance can be experienced sensorially, and how quiet tension can become a site of calm, presence, and unexpected harmony.
